What we collect
Only what you give us in our forms: name, email, company or firm name, partner type, your comments, and the numbers entered in the calculator if you ask to receive the result. The plan-selection form collects your selected plan, full name, work email, company, optional phone number, ERP (including details when you choose Other), employee-count range and optional comments about your needs or systems. We also keep the language, the plan sent to the booking tool (utm_content), the request date and proof of consent, including the version of the wording you accepted. We use no tracking cookies or audience-measurement tools.
Why
To reply to you, send the calculation you asked for and contact you about our services, your selected plan or a requested call back. Your plan request is saved with your consent before Calendly opens. Your name and email are then sent to Calendly to prefill your booking, along with the selected plan and language. We never sell or share your information for marketing.
Where your information is hosted
Until we migrate to hosting in Quebec, information submitted through this site's forms is hosted by our cloud provider outside Quebec (London, United Kingdom). Appointment bookings go through Calendly, a third-party service whose servers are located outside Quebec. Access is limited to team members who need it.
Service providers
We rely on providers to run this site: website hosting (Lovable) and the database (Supabase, current region: London, United Kingdom; migration to a Canadian region is planned), appointment booking (Calendly, outside Quebec) and email (Google Workspace, whose servers may be located outside Quebec). Requests submitted through our forms are stored in our database; if we add a request-notification service, we will list it here. Our providers automatically record technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) to keep their services secure and running.
Cookies and tracking technologies
This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. The Calendly booking tool loads only when you choose to book a call, or after you submit the plan-selection form. Calendly presents its own cookie choices: you can decline optional cookies or manage your preferences in its tool. Any future tracking tool added by Atimati will require your prior consent.
How long we keep it
At most 24 months after our last exchange with you, then it is deleted. You can ask for deletion sooner.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent. To exercise these rights, write to privacy@atimati.com; we reply within 30 days.
